Special Education

Jefferson Academy is committed to providing each student with a quality education. Our staff includes certified and trained teachers and assistants. Teachers at Jefferson Academy will be certified on the level they are teaching and display expertise in all aspects of our curriculums. All teachers will hold appropriate licenses and endorsements as outlined in Utah rule. In order to keep current in best educational practices, our faculty is required to complete continuing educational credits annually. Parents have the right to receive and request information on the qualifications of their child's teacher. If you have questions or want more information please contact school administration or view ASPIRE. Jefferson Academy employs individuals holding LEA-specific educator licenses, license areas, or endrosements in accordance with Utah Admin. Code R277-301-7. Additional information on educator licensing can be found on the USBE CACTUS website.
